BHT-X is operated by Multitek Technologies, 201–208, 2nd Floor, Shri Krishna Complex, Vasundhara Enclave, New Delhi – 110096, India. Privacy questions can be sent to service@multitek.in.
Information you provide
The contact form may collect your name, company, business email, telephone number, machine/model information, software version and the message you choose to send. The form also records submission time and routing topic.
Do not submit licence files, passwords, credentials, payment-card data, confidential drawings or sensitive production records through the public form. If support requires a file, Multitek will arrange an appropriate transfer route.
How the information is used
- respond to sales, service, calibration or editorial enquiries;
- prepare a quotation or compatibility review;
- diagnose a reported product problem;
- identify spare parts, repairs, upgrades, training or AMC requirements;
- maintain reasonable business correspondence and service history;
- protect the form from automated abuse.
Enquiry details are not sold. They may be shared within Multitek companies or with service personnel only where needed to handle the request.
Cookies and analytics
The base release of BHT-X does not install advertising cookies or third-party analytics. A short-lived PHP session cookie may be used to protect the contact form against cross-site request forgery. If analytics or marketing tools are added later, this notice and any required consent mechanism should be updated before deployment.
Server logs
The hosting provider may record technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, response status and security events. These logs support operation, abuse prevention and diagnosis and are governed by the hosting account’s configuration and retention.
Retention
Business enquiries and service correspondence are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the quotation, support case, warranty, legal, quality and record-keeping obligations. Unsuccessful form submissions are not intentionally stored by the site application.
Security
The deployment is configured for HTTPS, security headers, directory-listing protection, same-site form handling and basic spam controls. No public website can guarantee absolute security; do not send secrets through the form or ordinary email.

To ask what contact information Multitek holds about your enquiry, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern, email service@multitek.in with enough information to identify the correspondence. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and legitimate record obligations.
External websites
BHT-X links to standards bodies, Multitek sites and public technical references. Their privacy and cookie practices are controlled by those website operators.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the site, hosting or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the published version.
